International Relationships
Washington State University has approximately 125 international relationships in various academic and cultural contexts.Global Participation
Global participation by faculty, students, and constituencies is essential to the mission of the University for achieving a world-class environment for research, scholarship, graduate education, the arts, and engagement. Through Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), the University fosters a network of students, alumni, teaching, and research colleagues and leaders with experiences, links, and commitments to share in the development of activities beneficial to the University, the state of Washington, and the world.Memorandum of Understanding
A Memorandum of Understanding is an institution-to-institution, non-binding statement of relationship between WSU and an international institution or agency. The MOU will be signed by President Floyd and the president or equivalent at the international institution. An MOU is set in place prior to moving forward with an International Agreement (IA), exchange agreement, or other international agreement as deemed appropriate for your international collaboration.Start the conversation...WSU Internal Procedures to Successful Collaborative Agreements
