Educational Technology

The Educational Technology Team welcomes you to the IALC! Here are some things that we do:

The IALC Student Computer Lab

Our lab has 30 PC-compatible computers. Students can use these computers to write papers for classes, check email, practice English on the Internet, listen to music, watch videos, and do many other things.

Students can bring their own laptop computer and connect to the Internet in our lab. Also, wireless is available in most of the other classrooms and in most buildings at WSU.

Classes in the Lab

We have an introductory class using computers that meets in the IALC lab. Also, other IALC classes sometimes meet in the computer lab for special activities or projects.

Networking

IALC students in some classes use Moodle, the best Course Management System for learning English.

Need help?

We can help you get connected to WSU networking services and know how to do things like getting your laptop connected to the internet. You can find us in McAllister Hall 102.
