International Programs Mission Statement

WSU’s Office of International Programs will lead, champion and enable global engagement and outreach activities of our students, staff, faculty, and communities to further the university’s land grant mission and integrated, metrics-driven priorities in research, education, service and economic development. International Programs will work collaboratively across the institution and beyond to enrich the global culture on our campuses and brand WSU’s strengths and capabilities across the globe.

International Center Mission Statment

The International Center, as an integral part of International Programs, serves as an educational, cultural and social programming office and resource center, which fosters leadership opportunities, cross-cultural understanding, volunteer opportunities and global engagement for the Washington State University campus and surrounding community. 

International Center Vision Statement:

The International Center will continue to promote and integrate its programs and services within International Programs, The Division of Student Affairs, Equity and Diversity and the overall mission of WSU.  The International Center will assist in the development and connections of students preparing for endeavors in an ever-increasingly international and global campus, community and world.
