Thank you for your interest in Washington State University. You may apply for international undergraduate admission, INTO Washington State University, the WSU Tri-Cities Intensive American Language Center (IALC) or Graduate School.

International Undergraduate Admission

A nonrefundable $50 USD application fee is required. Fee is subject to change. If you require a printable version of the application, please email the Office of International Programs International Undergraduate Admissions to request one.

If you are a Student who started a CollegeNet application April 1, 2018 or earlier, you may complete your saved application.

The certificate of finances and other documents can be uploaded electronically when you submit your application.

INTO WSU Admission

INTO Washington State University offers Academic English and pathway programs for both undergraduate and graduate students designed to help you through your first year of study at WSU. Our pathway programs are one to three semesters in length and combine intensive English language study, academic skills and development, and academic coursework in a customized program that gives you the skills you need to succeed. Completion of the INTO WSU Academic English or a pathway program will allow you to transition to a degree-seeking programs at WSU Pullman or any WSU campus that offers your intended degree program.

You may apply online or by mail.


If you are transferring to the Washington State University Tri-Cities IALC from another intensive English program in the United States, you will need to complete the transfer-in form after you receiving your admission offer. You must first complete the IALC admission application.
