DESCRIPTION:Learn the nuts and bolts of preparing a competitive study abroad scholarship application. \nBy the end of this session\, you should understand basic strategies for successfully requesting funding\, and how you can use these strategies to write a competitive scholarship essay. \nIt is strongly encouraged to complete the online tutorial Global Cougs 101 before this session\, and to have seriously considered at least one study abroad program available through mystudyabroad.wsu.edu. \nThe upcoming scholarship application cycle is primarily for Spring/Spring Break 2027\, Winter Break 2026\, Fall 2026\, Summer 2026 terms abroad\, but the material covered will apply for later terms as well. \nThose interested can register via MS Bookings link and receive an invitation by email. \nDate: November 19th 4-5:00 p.m. via Zoom.
