Study Abroad Visa Support Letter Request

As you go through the visa process for your study abroad program, you may be required to submit a letter or statement from your “home university” to attest that you are currently enrolled at WSU and that we confirm your participation in your program abroad.

To request this letter, please provide the following information. If you do not provide the correct information, you may risk having your visa application cancelled. Before submitting this form, be sure to double check the required information.

Please allow seven business days for this letter to be available for pick-up. Students not on the Pullman Campus will have the letter mailed to them.

Note:

Only students in “Committed” status are eligible for a sponsoring visa letter from WSU.
