This form serves to register individual international guests and delegations (multiple guests) who come to Washington State University (WSU) for any length of visit. Visitors must follow all current campus, local, and state laws, and national public health guidelines at the time of their visit. The request form is meant to assist with providing the highest level of support and guidance for a successful visit to WSU for our international colleagues. Requests should be submitted at least 2-3 months in advance of the visit if possible, considering time for visa and arrival arrangements.
