Please allow 5 business days for International Student and Scholar Services to process any documents submitted in person or electronically. This applies to international students and scholars.

Visa status and information

Do you need information on maintaining or changing your visa status based on employment offered through WSU? You can find the most basic information here. Immigration cases are individualized, so please contact our office for specific advice about your situation and the best visa category for your offered position.

We strive to attend to emails and cases in a timely manner; please allow at least 48 business hours for an email response from our scholar team.

International travel support

Are you planning to travel abroad for study, teaching, or research on behalf of WSU? The Office of International Programs can help ensure that your travel is safe and meets the university’s standards.
