All of us in International Student and Scholar Services are here to help you have the best possible experience at WSU from the day you get off the plane to the day you land a job after you graduate. From immigration advising to English language services, opportunities to share culture, try food, or join an international organization, we are proud that you have chosen to call WSU home. Faculty and scholar services
- Help with obtaining employment-based visas for hiring
- Work with visa holders and potential visa holders to secure, maintain, or change their visa status as needed
- Provide advice and support for international travel
- Offer information for faculty who interact with international students and scholars
International student services
- Provide in-person and remote advising to international students systemwide
- Issue a weekly immigration advisory throughout the fall and spring semesters
- Help students secure and maintain their visa status
- Offer language and learning support
- Manage the International Center on the Pullman campus
- Maintain an emergency fund for international students
- Provide peer mentorship to incoming students in their first semester at WSU
