1. Remote learning difficulties
Regardless of where you are learning from, Washington State University cares about your safety, learning experience, and access to course content and materials this fall. If you are having any challenges with your courses, including accessing materials or working in a different time zone, please reach out to your teachers for support or to the Office of International Programs by emailing ip.intlservices@wsu.edu.
We also want you to be safe as you learn virtually this fall. If you feel unsafe or at risk for any reason because of your coursework or learning experiences, please let us know. WSU is committed to helping you safely continue your education virtually this fall until we can return to more normal operations.

2. Weekly ISSS meditation
International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) offers free, weekly mindfulness-based meditation. We hope this service provides you with the support and stress management that you need during this very difficult time.
Join Nitivia every Thursday beginning at 4:05 p.m. Pacific time for one or two short meditation sessions. No experience is required, and all are welcome.
The first session will begin at 4:10 and last until 4:20, so it is only 10 minutes long.
The second session will begin at 4:30 and last until 4:45, so it is only 15 minutes long. This session is a loving-kindness practice, metta, where you can focus your attention on cultivating compassion for yourself and others.
Please join 5 minutes early.
Contact ip.intlservices@wsu.edu for the session login information.
