  1. Update your address!

By immigration regulations, F and J students must report address changes within 10 days of any move. Please make sure to update your information in the myPassport system: F-1/J-1 Student Services > F-1/J-1 Address Update Form. Also, update it in your myWSU account.

  1. WSU Pullman dining options December and early January

If you are staying in campus housing, dining services will have limited availability over the University closure. Please visit https://dining.wsu.edu/hours for information on what will be open and business hours.

  1. International Programs office hours winter break – Plan ahead!

ISSS will be available for emergencies only during the University Winter Closure between Dec. 24, 2021, and Jan. 1, 2022. Although we will have reduced staff, advising hours (1-3 p.m.) will be sustained Dec. 28-30. We cannot commit to process requests within the usual 5-day turnaround time. Therefore, PLAN AHEAD if you need to submit a request to our office.

Please email ip.intlservices@wsu.edu for questions or to set up an advising appointment. We will make sure someone from our team is available to help during this time.

ISSS wishes you a safe and joyful holiday! See you in January.

  1. ISSS movie night

Enjoy a free movie with a Peer Mentor at Village Centre Cinemas Pullman, courtesy of International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS)!

This week, we will purchase tickets to the movie Spiderman on Dec. 20 at 1:30 p.m. Please RSVP with this link. You must RSVP by 9 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 20, to secure your spot.

  1. New COVID vaccine guidance

WSU is now accepting persons who received mixed doses of U.S. FDA-approved/authorized or WHO-EUL vaccines as being fully vaccinated after the prescribed time has passed. This follows new CDC Guidance about using mixed vaccines for the primary vaccination series. However, Cougar Health Services will not be providing mixed doses for the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccination series. You can find more questions and answers about COVID-19 on our website here: ip.wsu.edu/on-campus/covid-19-faqs/
