Please review the Academic Calendar for all important dates at each campus! Academic deadlines are nonnegotiable, so please plan appropriately for any requests.

If you receive grants/scholarships above the cost of tuition and mandatory fees throughout the year, please be sure to check your student account each semester (around midterm is perfect) and connect with the Bursar’s office within the same tax year if you do see a tax withholding charge.
Charges within the same tax year can be fixed, but after Dec. 31 it is more complicated.
- Change of address
Please notify International Student and Scholar Services immediately if you changed your home address over the summer. Federal regulations require you to notify our office within 10 days of any move within the U.S. Here is how to update your address:
- Log in to mypassport.wsu.edu with your WSU NetID and password.
- Click on “F-1 Student Services.”
- Complete the “F-1 Address update” form.
